This is the same piece the Cannondale-Garmin team is using for winter training, and you'll be reaching for it again and again too. We gave it full front wind protection but cut it close to the body like a jersey and gave it a full thermal breathable back so you don't overheat. It falls in that in-between land between a jersey and a jacket. It keeps you nearly as warm as a jacket, yet doesn't let you overheat and get sweaty like a jacket. And it doesn't feel bulky like a jacket. It will make you want to do intervals in January.
