The SPD Cleat Cover lets you walk around in your biking shoes without harming your cleats. Think coffee shop after your weekend ride.
A cleat is the piece that connects the pedal to the shoe. It is an essential part of the cycling shoe and clipless pedal system. The cleats must be mounted onto your shoes with screws, which allows you to fasten your shoes to your pedals. Cleats are sold separately or with a purchase of a pedal system. Cleats are not included with shoes.
