Jandd Saddle Bag Pannier

As the name implies, Saddle Bag Panniers are modeled after the classic saddlebags of Western lore. The simple, stable design utilizes a two-layer Cordura center flap that connects the bags over the top of your rack. Then they're held in place by hook-and-loop straps. The bags feature Jandd's standard solid construction: internal stiffeners to keep the bags in shape, double bottoms, heavy-duty zippers with full storm flaps on both compartments and Scotchlite Reflective Material for safety at night. There's even a carrying handle.
