Keiser M3 Black Indoor Cycle with Computer + Free 3 gifts
M3 Indoor Cycle - Keiser’s award-winning, third-generation, indoor cycle. The result of more than a decade of research and manufacturing experience, and developed with the collaboration and feedback of trainers and some of the largest clubs worldwide.
The Keiser M3 is fast-becoming the most popular indoor cycling bike in the United States. As a product manufactured right here in the states, Keiser is obsessed with the quality of their bikes. Every unit is carefully packaged and double-boxed before shipping to avoid any damages. Furthermore, Keiser has designed this unit with both the average home owner and the commercial gym in mind. It is extremely easy to assemble, and because of the quality, these bikes are the quietest and smoothest of ALL indoor cycling bikes. Since it was designed for commercial use, it is expected to last a LIFETIME in the home. The only complaints we have received in regards to this product are from customers that are shorter than 5 feet in height. These customers specifically felt that the reach for the handlebars was too strenuous, however, Keiser did remedy this issue with the introduction of their newest unit for the shorter person - the M3-Plus. The new M3-Plus comes equipped with adjustable handlebars and is priced at only $100.00 more.

After assembling the Keiser Indoor cycle I tried it out. The bike makes a lot of noise. When the right foot depends during a standing climb, there is a scratching sound like fingernails on a chalk board. My attempts to figure it out were unsuccessful. I am still waiting for a call back for Brands Cycle.
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend this to a friend
