About Me

Comments:

I bought my A360 because my Fitbit kept breaking. I absolutely love that I can wear it in the water. It's by far my favorite fitness watch to date.

Not happy

By jklane0909

from Rocky Mount, NC, United States

About Me

Comments:

I had/have the A300 and wanted to upgrade to a smaller watch that was touch screen. I bought this watch back in February, and sent it back after about a week. I love the watch itself. It was very comfortable and I liked how it looked and fit. I felt it was secure on my wrist. That is where the good ended for me. It was nearly impossible for me to get it to sync with my phone or HRM. It took hours to get it to sync with my phone for the first time. It also took a solid hour or more to connect to the HRM because I had to turn all other bluetooth products all the way off before it would recognize the HRM. After it was connected to my HRM, it still tried to read the HR from my wrist instead of the H7. It wouldn't sync to my phone (Polar App) after a workout. The final straw was when I went to the gym and did a very hard workout with a huge burn and it didn't save any of the information. The only reason I knew how much time had passed and my burn was because I was constantly checking the watch throughout to make sure it was syncing with the HRM and not trying to read my HR from my wrist. When I finished my workout, the clock was still ticking. I swiped through one last time to see everything and ended the workout. It told me that it was a short session, was I sure I wanted to save. It wasn't short, it was over an hour, but I selected "yes," Everything was gone. It stopped reading my workout 12 minutes in and my HR was supposedly zero. I knew that wasn't true because I was watching it the entire time. I was done. Returned. Fix the issues and I would be happy to buy again or try a similar product. Until then, I will stick with my A300. It has never given me an issue.

About Me

Comments:

I bought this watch couple days ago. I was looking for a nice design, very accurate and a slim wrist friendly fitness watch. I decided to get this one in small size . The product is fantastic! The Flow apps works great, watch design is beautiful. I would highly recommended this product as an ex professional swimmer to anybody who is looking for an accurate, very professional and comfortable fitness watch. Thank you Polar.

If I Could Rate it Lower - I would

By ChrisO

About Me

Comments:

Got the A360 for Christmas, so I can't complain about the price. But - I paid exactly what it's worth. The synch capability is clunky. I have no use for this in my fitness regime - none. I hate wearing it when working out, and that's how you get data into the thing and app. It comes with a horrible wrist band. I replaced it with a band from a different model that has a workable clasp. But it's all rubber - hot, sweaty and uncomfortable to wear. Any basic step tracker will give you as much value.

Easy to use, accurate but gets error messages!

By Andrealyn75

About Me

Comments:

I wanted to love this product for it's simplicity, it looks cute and found it was accurate compared to my other device that had a chest strap. The issue that I had is that I got frequest messages during my workout that said, "Ooops something went wrong, push the back button and try again." QUITE FRUSTRATING. When I pushed the back button it lost all of my activity and it was to start over not remembering anything. I returned the first one and tried another and same thing. Sorry Polar, wish I didn't have to give up on you. :(

Great features!

By apollo

About Me

Comments:

I enjoy the ease with which i can see all of my information daily. The step tracker and activity reminders have improved my focus on being active. Wearing the tracker every day has not been a problem at all. It is a great product! The only issue I have is that my tracker has lost its connection to my smart phone through blue tooth, I cannot get them reconnected. So I have to download straight to my computer. I am hoping to find a way to resolve this issue(and it may be an issue with my phone and not the tracker).

360 issues

By Susank

from Gilroy, CA, United States

About Me

Comments:

I received my watch for Christmas. I have a couple of issues. I lost the USB port cover after just a couple of weeks of use. I can't seem to find a replacement. Without the cover the watch keeps coming out of the band. The band keeps falling off. Miles logged- the day total is less than a particular training session. So, if I walked my dogs 2 miles and then hiked 10 miles my daily total is 12, but my watch will say 8 miles.

Has Pros and Cons

By cgulley

from Washington, United States

About Me

Comments:

This is my 3rd fitness/step tracker, Microsoft band liked it quit after 3 years, Samsung saltwater proof cracked face easy lasted 3 months, Polar A360 - HATE THE BAND gadget pops out awkward to "push" together to get on, LOVE battery life MUCH better than the rest! Not sure HR is accurate without the strap, as a LesMills Instructor, like the class features. Doesn't track sleep cycle well like the other 2, bummer! Doesn't have incoming messages like the other 2 brands neither. Its OKAY! Needs improvement to keep up with the competition!

Wristband keeps coming undone

By Cat O

from Undisclosed

About Me

Comments:

I've been trying to wear the watch more often to count steps and activity, but it seems like every time my sleeve touches the watch, it unhooks. I have tried to wear it tighter and looser - nothing helps. I have also noticed that I have to run with my phone active in order for the watch's HR to match the chest strap. So I have to have it in my hand, which is cumbersome. Maybe I paired it incorrectly?
