You may return most items sold by brandscycle.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Because of our free shipping policy, you are required to pay to ship the item to us as well as any cost we incurred to ship to you originally. Cost of shipping to you will be the exact public rate available on the UPS website, which will be deducted from your refund. We add no "handling" charge.
This does not apply to fitness equipment and complete bicycles. Fitness equipment and complete bicycles may be exchanged only if defective. The exchange must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
We will pay the return shipping cost if you are returning the item(s) as a result of our error of if the product is received defective or broken.
If any item you order arrives damaged, we will arrange for UPS or the USPS to return to pick up the item(s) and we'll send out replacement(s) at NO COST TO YOU.

Standard: Parts, accessories & apparel orders $79.00 and over are FREE in the Contiguous US. $9.00 shipping charge on orders below $79.00 (average delivery within 2 to 7 business days).

Most orders will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order.
You may return most items sold by brandscycle.com within 30 days of delivery (as long as the item is in "like new" condition). If the item is obviously used and not re-sellable, we will assess a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

If You Change Your Mind / Refuse Delivery
If you place an order and decide that you do not want it after we ship it, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund. FOR BOWFLEX EQUIPMENT THIS IS A FLAT RATE OF $200 that will be deducted.
